Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries. International orders are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail or FedEx International. Transit times vary by destination (typically 7-14 business days).

Important for International Customers:

• Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient
• Some countries may restrict or prohibit the import of research chemicals
• We are not responsible for packages seized by customs
• International orders may take longer due to customs processing

Temperature-Sensitive Handling

Many of our products require specific storage conditions to maintain stability. For temperature-sensitive items:

• Products are shipped with cold packs when necessary
• Packaging includes temperature indicators
• Storage instructions are provided on product labeling

Upon receipt, please store products according to the instructions on the label (typically at -20°C for lyophilized peptides).

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

1. Report within 48 hours of expected delivery or receipt
2. Provide photos of damaged packaging/products
3. Contact us at support@itradebiohacks.com with your order number

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Replacements or refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis.
