Due to the nature of research chemicals and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on products that have been shipped. This policy ensures product integrity, maintains compliance with safety regulations, and protects researchers from potential contamination risks.
If your product arrives damaged:
Upon verification, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds for damaged products are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
If you receive the wrong product:
We will ship the correct product immediately. You do not need to return the incorrect item.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and are credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
